Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVK Law"), PT ONLİNE TEKSTİL TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, which has the title of "Data Controller" (“Company") may process your personal data within the scope described below.

Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data
1. Your personal data based on the legal reason "expressly stipulated in the laws" regulated in Article 5/2 (a) of the KVK Law; Law No. 6563 and Consumer Legislation, as well as the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the legislation to which our Company is subject and the establishment of its rights, will be processed for the purposes of organizing legal declarations and notifications.
2. Your personal data based on the legal reason of "establishment or performance of the contract" regulated in Article 5/2 (c) of the KVK Law; within the scope of distance sales made processing and delivery of your orders, ensuring and controlling transaction security, conducting website membership transactions and opening an account, performance of distance sales, fulfillment and continuation of obligations, providing the necessary communication within the scope of sales and products sold, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing customer services, including the development of our products and services.
3. Your personal data based on the legal reason of "fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller" regulated in Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVK Law; It will be processed for the purposes of issuing legal declarations and notifications, preventing money laundering activities, complying with the retention periods stipulated in the legislation to which the Company is subject and fulfilling other obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation, fulfilling the requests and legal obligations of courts and public institutions and organizations requesting information, fulfilling or fulfilling the requirements of the distance sales contract signed within the scope of the shopping.

Your collected personal data may be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions regulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law. Application to the Data Controller
In order to use your rights mentioned above, you can send your request containing the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding the right you request to use from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law to the Company address, Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller in accordance with the applicable law and send it via notary public or registered mail with return receipt requested.
