Delivery, Return and Exchange Policy
At Pack’n Travel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and smoothly. In cases where you’re not fully satisfied, we also offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
DELIVERY & RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Delivery Time:
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1 business day. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier’s speed. Standard delivery within Turkey typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery to rural areas may take slightly longer.
Orders placed after 15:00 on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 09:00 – 18:00. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping is free for orders over 5,000 TL. For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of 99 TL is applied. The shipping cost is shown during checkout.
Delivery Information:
What if I’m not at the address?
If you're not available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt to deliver it again the next business day. If the second attempt also fails, your package will be returned to our office. For details about delivery times, please contact the courier company directly.
What should I check when receiving my order?
If your package shows signs of damage such as tearing, crushing, or wetness, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report before accepting it. This report is necessary for a smooth return or exchange process.
If damage is reported after the product is accepted without a damage report, the product will be inspected and approval will be based on the result of that evaluation.

Returns & Exchanges:
You may return any product purchased from Pack’n Travel within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code provided above.
Return / Exchange Process:

Within 14 days of delivery, go to My Orders > Order Details and select “Request Return/Exchange.”

Once approved, pack the item within 7 days in its original box, with all accessories and the invoice.

Take the package to Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code provided.
Return Shipping Fees:
Returns sent via Yurtiçi Kargo with the return code are free of charge. Returns sent with other shipping companies will not be accepted, and their shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return / Exchange Conditions:

The product must be unused, with its tags intact and in original condition.

Products without an invoice cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items damaged due to user error.

Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and processed if it meets the return criteria.
